I was commissioned by ESPN Magazine to create a toolkit for their 'World Fame 100' issue. The toolkit comprised of a full numeral and punctuation set with several extra characters, a feature icon, social media icons and a range of title lock-ups in 2 styles. The assets were then implemented throughout the issue, and across several alternative covers by Rami and his team.
The design focus was to create something that had a highly graphic and monolithic feel, to evoke classic sports aesthetics but with a sense of scale and architectural dimension suggestive of the success and fame the athletes have achieved.
